Angie is an executive coach with nearly two decades of international business experience that included expatriate assignments in Zurich and Hong Kong while in the financial services industry. In 2002, she became an entrepreneur and co-founded 3D Leadership Group, a boutique executive coaching firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. In 2013, Angie was recognized as the New England Executive Coach of the Year by her peers at the International Coach Federation.

Most recently, Angie has coached leaders at Amazon Robotics, Biogen, Boston Private, Crane Currency, The Broad Institute, Charles River Associates, John Hancock, Kronos, McGraw-Hill, Novo Nordisk, Partners Healthcare, and Progress Software. She coaches in the executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Babson College, and Bentley University. Her pro-bono work includes coaching for the Massachusetts State Police, the Social Innovation Forum, and serving as a mentor coach for two professional coaching schools.

During her 18 years in large international organizations, Angie was a member of two senior leadership teams while holding positions in marketing, business development and leadership development. She spent eight years with BankBoston (Bank of America) where she was on the Asia-Pacific leadership team while residing in Hong Kong. Previously she worked for Coutts & Co International Private Bank while based in Zurich, Switzerland; and she had early career roles with The Kendall Company, Bentley College, and McDonald’s Corporation.

Angie has been quoted or featured in The Boston Globe, The Boston Business Journal, HartfordBusiness.com and CIO Magazine. She and her business partner, Sue Williamson, were also featured entrepreneurs in the Wellesley Weston Magazine.

She received her MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and her BBA from University of New Brunswick, Canada. She completed professional coaching certifications with New Ventures West, Team Coaching International and the Center for Creative Leadership. Her contemplative courses included the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program at UMass Medical School and on-going retreat attendance. Her 360-degree certifications include VOICES, Benchmarks, The Leadership Circle Profile, The Leadership Versatility Index, and The Social and Emotional Competence Inventory. She frequently uses the Hogan, the FIRO-B, and the EQi 2.0 with her clients.

Angie has served on the membership committee of The Boston Club, and is a member of Harvard’s Institute of Coaching, The NeuroLeadership Institute, and the International Coach Federation. Originally from Canada, she resides in the Boston area with her husband and two daughters and enjoys international travel, Iyengar yoga, live music, theater, Rolling Stone magazine, and silent retreats.

Sue brings a diverse business background from both consulting and corporate leadership to her coaching of individuals and teams. As a coach, Sue often works with leaders who are transitioning in to senior leadership roles where a different set of skills, relationships and versatility of style are required. She enjoys facilitating our leadership workshops in a style described as warm, insightful and engaging.

For more than 25 years, Sue has worked with over 50 companies representing the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Sue coaches mid and senior level leaders and is also a coach in Executive Education Programs for Harvard, Babson and Bentley University. Her recent clients include Biogen, ImmunoGen, Sunovion, Tesaro, Amazon Robotics, PTC, TraceLink, Partners Healthcare and Progress Software.

Before co-founding 3D Leadership Group, Sue served as Chief Operating Officer for Insight Performance Inc., Director of Operations for Delta Dental Plan, and Compensation Consultant for Fidelity Investments. This line management experience guides her recognition of what is important to leaders at all levels, as well as her approach to coaching. Sue’s consulting experience with Watson Wyatt, and W.T. Haigh & Co, took her to all corners of the U.S. and Europe where she was leading global compensation projects.

Sue holds an MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Wheaton College. She completed her professional coaching certifications with Coach Training International and Team Coaching International and is a PCC certified coach through the International Coach Federation. Kit Williams

Kit’s expertise is leadership development and she offers her clients a strong global business background coupled with a deep understanding of leadership practices, executive assessment, career development and coaching methodologies. After more than 20 years in corporate leadership development roles, Kit founded her own executive coaching and leadership development firm, Compass Consulting, in 2010, in the Boston area. In 2017, Compass merged with 3D Leadership Group and Kit continues to bring her skills and experience as an outstanding advisor and coach to both C-suite and emerging leaders.

Kit began her career as an investment banker at Citibank, and moved to Fidelity Bank and First Pennsylvania Bank where she led the Commercial Lending businesses. After more than a decade as a senior executive in financial services, she made a career transition and became the head of Global Leadership Development for Genzyme (now Sanofi Genzyme). She’s also held coaching and consulting roles with the former Manchester Partners International which created opportunities for her to coach Fortune 500 CEO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s and Chief Legal Officers. Kit has also worked as a consultant with Harvard Business School and served as a Managing Partner with two other global leadership development consultancies.

Kit’s clients have included JP Morgan Chase, Raytheon, Hewlett Packard, Dassault Systems, Agilent, Dover, Massachusetts Medical Society, and Merck. Kit’s pro bono coaching includes working with Executive Directors through the Social Innovation Forum.

Paul Giragos has over 11 years experience as an executive coach and facilitator of leadership development workshops. Prior to working in the learning and development field, Paul practiced law in New York and Boston for 7 years. Heather received her MSBA in International Business with a focus on Cross-Cultural Communication from San Francisco State University and her BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of New Hampshire. She completed her professional coaching certification with New Ventures West and her 360-degree certifications include the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI), BarOn EQi 360, CCL Benchmarks, and Polaris 360. She is also certified in FIRO-B, NLP and the Highlands Ability Battery.

Heather is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She resides in Boulder, CO. with her husband and two children and enjoys international travel, hiking, biking and yoga.
