About Angie

Angie O’Donnell, Executive Coach & Facilitator


Angie is an executive coach with nearly two decades of international business experience that included expatriate assignments in Zurich and Hong Kong while in the financial services industry. In 2002, she became an entrepreneur and co-founded 3D Leadership Group, a boutique executive coaching firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. In 2013, Angie was recognized as the New England Executive Coach of the Year by her peers at the International Coach Federation.

Most recently, Angie has coached leaders at Amazon Robotics, Biogen, Boston Private, Crane Currency, The Broad Institute, Charles River Associates, John Hancock, Kronos, McGraw-Hill, Novo Nordisk, Partners Healthcare, and Progress Software. She coaches in the executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Babson College, and Bentley University. Her pro-bono work includes coaching for the Massachusetts State Police, the Social Innovation Forum, and serving as a mentor coach for two professional coaching schools.

During her 18 years in large international organizations, Angie was a member of two senior leadership teams while holding positions in marketing, business development and leadership development. She spent eight years with BankBoston (Bank of America) where she was on the Asia-Pacific leadership team while residing in Hong Kong. Previously she worked for Coutts & Co International Private Bank while based in Zurich, Switzerland; and she had early career roles with The Kendall Company, Bentley College, and McDonald’s Corporation.

Angie has been quoted or featured in The Boston Globe, The Boston Business Journal, HartfordBusiness.com and CIO Magazine. She and her business partner, Sue Williamson, were also featured entrepreneurs in the Wellesley Weston Magazine.

She received her MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and her BBA from University of New Brunswick, Canada. She completed professional coaching certifications with New Ventures West, Team Coaching International and the Center for Creative Leadership. Her contemplative courses included the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program at UMass Medical School and on-going retreat attendance. Her 360-degree certifications include VOICES, Benchmarks, The Leadership Circle Profile, The Leadership Versatility Index, and The Social and Emotional Competence Inventory. She frequently uses the Hogan, the FIRO-B, and the EQi 2.0 with her clients.

Angie has served on the membership committee of The Boston Club, and is a member of Harvard’s Institute of Coaching, The NeuroLeadership Institute, and the International Coach Federation. Originally from Canada, she resides in the Boston area with her husband and two daughters and enjoys international travel, Iyengar yoga, live music, theater, Rolling Stone magazine, and silent retreats.

Sue Williamson

Sue Williamson
About Sue

Sue Williamson, Executive Coach & Facilitator

Sue brings a diverse business background from both consulting and corporate leadership to her coaching of individuals and teams. As a coach, Sue often works with leaders who are transitioning in to senior leadership roles where a different set of skills, relationships and versatility of style are required. She enjoys facilitating our leadership workshops in a style described as warm, insightful and engaging.

For more than 25 years, Sue has worked with over 50 companies representing the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Sue coaches mid and senior level leaders and is also a coach in Executive Education Programs for Harvard, Babson and Bentley University. Her recent clients include Biogen, ImmunoGen, Sunovion, Tesaro, Amazon Robotics, PTC, TraceLink, Partners Healthcare and Progress Software.

Before co-founding 3D Leadership Group, Sue served as Chief Operating Officer for Insight Performance Inc., Director of Operations for Delta Dental Plan, and Compensation Consultant for Fidelity Investments. This line management experience guides her recognition of what is important to leaders at all levels, as well as her approach to coaching. Sue’s consulting experience with Watson Wyatt, and W.T. Haigh & Co, took her to all corners of the U.S. and Europe where she was leading global compensation projects.

Sue holds an MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Wheaton College. She completed her professional coaching certifications with Coach Training International and Team Coaching International and is a PCC certified coach through the International Coach Federation. She is certified to use a variety of assessment instruments including the Hogan, MBTI Step II, EQi-2 and the DiSC as well as 360-degree feedback tools including VOICES, The CCL suite of 360’s, The Leadership Versatility Index, The Emotional and Social Competence Inventory, Team EI Survey, and the Team Coaching Diagnostic.

Sue supports the Center for Women and Enterprise as a trained file reviewer for companies in the certification process.

Sue loves to ski, kayak, paddle board and bike as well as an occasional round of golf or tennis. She enjoys cooking, reading good novels and spending time outdoors with her family.

Whether teaching a leadership workshop, coaching an executive client, or facilitating a senior team, Renée brings a warm, direct, and insightful style to her work. With more than 17 years as a coach and leadership consultant, she has deep experience in executive coaching, action learning teams, and workshop design and delivery. And because she’s been a line manager herself, she knows the importance of building leadership skills that are practical, relevant, and effective.

Renée has worked with executives and senior teams at some of America’s leading corporations, including Bain Capital, Biogen, Boston Private, Bright Horizons, Citizens Financial, Ion Media, and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals. She also has served nonprofit organizations such as Management Sciences for Health, Boston Public Schools, and Water Missions International. In addition, Renée coaches executive participants in Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development and the Advanced Management Program. Her pro-bono work includes leadership coaching with the Massachusetts State Police.

From 2002-2008, Renée served as an adjunct coach with the Center for Authentic Leadership, where she coached and mentored program participants. From 1996-2000, Renée directed the leadership practice at Executive Perspectives, a management training and consulting firm. In that capacity she provided C-level executive coaching, and designed and delivered leadership development workshops for senior management teams across the country. Previously, she worked for a Fortune 250 industrial manufacturer, where she held senior line management and human resource positions.

Renée holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Brown University. She completed her coaching certification with the College of Executive Coaching and is trained to use a variety of assessment instruments, including the Hogan, MBTI Step II, and the EQ in Action. Paul Giragos

Paul Giragos

Paul Giragos, Executive Coach & Facilitator


Paul Giragos has over 11 years experience as an executive coach and facilitator of leadership development workshops. His work has taken him to Asia, Switzerland, and the UK where he has worked with leaders from many cultures in diverse industries. He completed his professional coaching coursework with Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has served as a lecturer and coach at Harvard Business School. He developed his coaching expertise through his work at the Ariel Group and brings an insightful approach to helping leaders refine their executive presence and build greater influence skills. Paul is a keen observer of behavior and a witty and warm facilitator.

His clients at Fortune and Global 500 companies include American Express, Biogen, ExxonMobil, IBM, MetLife, Novartis, and Novo Nordisk. In professional and financial services, Paul has worked with executives and senior teams at Capital Group, Charles River Associates, Deloitte, and Seyfarth Shaw. He has designed and led hundreds of workshops on executive presence, conflict management, presentation skills, and client service.

Paul also enjoys a “side” career as an actor, performing in Boston’s professional theatres and in radio and commercial spots. His performing arts background deeply informs his approach and effectiveness in helping others develop their unique vocal and verbal presence and stretch into roles that may require a new perspective.

Prior to working in the learning and development field, Paul practiced law in New York and Boston for 7 years. He earned his J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he served on the Law Review. He studied chemistry and history at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is certified to administer the Leadership Versatility Index 360-degree feedback survey and has received training in somatic coaching.

Originally from North Carolina, Paul now lives in Newton, Massachusetts with his wife and two sons. He enjoys swimming, piano, charcoal grilling, and the Red Sox.

Carol Salloway

About Carol

Carol Salloway, Executive Coach & Facilitator


For more than 20 years, Carol has worked side by side with leaders from a broad range of industries as they confront tough business problems. As an executive coach, she is viewed as a trusted advisor who helps individuals and teams achieve clarity about issues and opportunities that impact their effectiveness in leading the business. To complement her coaching work, Carol designs and delivers a suite of leadership workshops and is an authorized trainer of the SpeedReading People® program. Her recent certification in conflict resolution methodologies positions Carol uniquely to work with leaders who want to develop a more facilitative style.

Carol has worked with dozens of executives and managers from high tech and healthcare to financial and professional services organizations. Her leadership development experience encompasses both seasoned leaders and the emerging leader. Todd Williamson

About Todd

For more than 25 years, Todd has worked with organizations in the public, private and nonprofit sectors in such diverse industries as high tech, healthcare, financial services, professional services, pharmaceuticals and education. His business and leadership acumen has been honed by years of executive management experience where he has led people and projects through large scale organizational change initiatives. In particular, Todd has expertise implementing multi-year, global cross-functional sales and marketing systems that required significant operational and behavioral change.

Todd is an experienced people manager and his career has included senior leadership roles at Cognex and the Mathworks, and director level roles at Centra and Ceridian. In financial services, Todd was an internal consultant for MFS where he traded bonds and options, and has international experience working with Coutts & Co Private Bank in Zurich, Switzerland.

Currently, Todd coaches international executives in Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development and in their customized executive education programs. He also coaches senior leaders at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Boston Private, and McGraw Hill. He has facilitated strategic planning sessions and off-sites, and his warm, insightful and practical coaching style has had a positive impact on both individuals and teams.
