About Us

In 2023 we celebrated our 15th anniversary and reflected on our experiences working with more than 200 distinct organizations in 8 industries. Many of the leaders we coach are leading global businesses, and some are entrepreneurs in scrappy start-ups, or they’re academics navigating the business aspects of higher-education. As coaches, this diversity has helped us develop both range and versatility along with a humble regard for the unique qualities of each and every leader we have the privilege to engage with.

The 3D Approach

Transformative coaching is relational, not transactional. Senior and seasoned leaders require a high-touch, high impact approach that is cultivated through conversations, reflections, and coach observations. They’re seeking a partner, a sounding board and a safe space to think out loud. We use assessments and qualitative interviews to collect feedback that informs the coaching process and potentially reveals blind spots. The idea is to walk alongside our clients to co-create their development goals and deepen their leadership acumen.

Meet Our Team

Each coach is professionally certified, grounded in leadership models and approaches, and has a proven track record of supporting leaders who want to refine both their business acumen and their people acumen. Our coaches are committed to always raising their game through exposure to a wide range of experts, personal practice in areas such as mindfulness and somatic coaching, and rigorous training to maintain their certifications with the International Coach Federation.
