Sue Williamson

About Sue

Sue Williamson, Executive Coach and Co-Founder – Boston

Sue is an executive coach with a diverse business background in a wide range of industries. As a coach, Sue brings her experience as an entrepreneur, co-founding 3D Leadership Group, as a member of senior leadership teams, and as a consultant; she couples this with her passion for the human element in organizations to support the development of leaders who succeed both professionally and personally.

For more than 25 years, Sue has worked with over 60 national and global companies representing the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her industry experience includes Biotech/Pharma, Financial Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, High Tech, Manufacturing, and Professional Services. She is fascinated by her continuous learning of what companies are doing to impact our world in positive ways. Sue coaches mid and senior level leaders and is also a coach in Executive Education Programs for Harvard, Babson, and Bentley University. Most recently, Sue has worked with leaders at Acer Therapeutics, Alexion, Amazon Robotics, Choate Hall & Stewart, ImmunoGen, Karyopharm, Partners Healthcare, PTC, Sarepta, and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals.

Before co-founding 3D Leadership Group, Sue served as Chief Operating Officer for Insight Performance Inc., Director of Operations for Delta Dental Plan, and Compensation Consultant for Fidelity Investments. This line management experience guides her recognition of what is important to leaders at all levels, as well as her approach to coaching. Sue’s consulting experience with Watson Wyatt and W.T. Haigh & Co provided her with broad industry experience and took her to all corners of the U.S. and Europe where she led global compensation projects.

Sue holds an MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Wheaton College. She completed her professional coaching certifications with Coach Training International and Team Coaching International, and is a PCC certified coach through the International Coach Federation. She is certified to use a variety of assessment instruments including The Hogan, TypeCoach, EQi-2, and the DiSC, as well as 360-degree feedback tools including VOICES, The CCL suite of 360’s, The Leadership Versatility Index 360, The Emotional and Social Competence Inventory, Team EI Survey, and the Team Coaching Diagnostic.
Sue volunteers for the Center for Women and Enterprise and is a frequent speaker for WEST.org – Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology.

A native New Englander and a motto of “variety is the spice of exercise”, Sue loves to ski, kayak, paddle board, hike and bike, and practices gentle yoga, as well as an occasional round of golf or tennis. She enjoys travel, cooking, reading good novels, and spending time outdoors with her husband, two grown children, and dog Lola.

Angie is an executive coach with nearly two decades of international business experience that included expatriate assignments in Zurich and Hong Kong while working in financial services. In 2002, she became an entrepreneur and co-founded 3D Leadership Group, an executive coaching firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. In 2013, Angie was honored to be recognized as the New England Executive Coach of the Year and in 2018, she received the global Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, a rare designation held by less than 150 coaches globally.

Most recently, Angie has worked with leaders at Alexion, Amazon Robotics, Biogen, Boston Private, BlueCross BlueShield, Crane Currency, The Broad Institute, Cambridge Associates, John Hancock, McGraw-Hill, Novo Nordisk, Partners Healthcare, and PTC. She has coached in the executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Babson College, and Bentley University. Her pro-bono work includes coaching leaders at the Mass State Police, Science Club for Girls, Boston Public Schools, and Girl Be Heard. Angie also was on the faculty for the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA, as a mindfulness facilitator.

During her 18 years in large international organizations, Angie was a member of two senior leadership teams while holding positions in marketing, business development, and leadership development. She spent eight years with BankBoston (Bank of America) where she was on the Asia-Pacific leadership team while residing in Hong Kong. Previously she worked for Coutts & Co International Private Bank while based in Zurich, Switzerland; and she had early career roles with The Kendall Company, Bentley College, and McDonald’s Corporation in Toronto, Canada.

Angie has been quoted or featured in The Boston Globe, The Boston Business Journal, Banker and Tradesman, CityBiz, and CIO Magazine. She has been interviewed by CUTV News and Voice of America talk radio, and is a frequent speaker for WEST.org – Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology.

She received her MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and her BBA from University of New Brunswick, Canada. She completed professional coaching certifications with New Ventures West, Team Coaching International, and the Center for Creative Leadership. Her contemplative courses included the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program at UMass Medical School and on-going retreat attendance. Originally from Canada, Angie resides in the Boston area with her husband and two daughters and enjoys international travel, Iyengar yoga, live music, theater, Rolling Stone magazine, the Maine seacoast, and silent retreats.

Kit Williams

Kit’s expertise is leadership development and she offers her clients a strong global business background coupled with a deep understanding of leadership practices, executive assessment, career development, and coaching methodologies. After more than 20 years in corporate leadership development roles, Kit founded her own executive coaching and leadership development firm, Compass Consulting, in 2010 in the Boston area. In 2017, Compass merged with 3D Leadership Group and Kit continues to bring her skills and experience as an outstanding advisor and coach to both C-suite and emerging leaders.

Kit began her career as an investment banker at Citibank, and moved to First Pennsylvania Bank and Fidelity Bank, where she led the Commercial Lending businesses. After more than a decade as a senior executive in financial services, she made a career transition and became the head of Global Leadership Development for Genzyme (now Sanofi Genzyme). She has also held coaching and consulting roles with the former Manchester Partners International which created opportunities for her to coach Fortune 500 CEO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s, and Chief Legal Officers. Kit has also worked as a consultant with Harvard Business School and served as a Managing Partner with two other global leadership development consultancies.

Prior to joining Forum, Galina was a Senior Vice President at BayBanks in Boston, where she managed the HR function, built the training function, and directed overall staff planning and development. Fluent in Russian, Galina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies and Education from Fordham University; she has done graduate work in adult education and organizational development at Fordham University and the University of Southern California.

She is certified by the Behavioral Coaching Institute as a Master Executive Coach and is certified by Neuro Business Group in the application of Neuroscience for business coaching. She is also certified in a variety of assessment tools such as the Center for Creative Leadership suite of assessments, The Hogan, LEA, PDI, and a number of others. She is a member of The Boston Club and serves on the Mentoring Committee and is also a member of ISA (the Learning Providers Association) and the International Coach Federation. Ann Fry

Ann has a diverse personal and professional background that brings depth to her coaching of global leaders. She has worked with senior managers in the US at over 30 companies, and has had clients in Geneva, London, and Egypt. Early in her career she worked and lived in Japan with the Department of Defense Overseas Teaching Program and this kindled her interest in world cultures and global travel.

In addition to over 20 years of experience as an executive coach and facilitator, Ann brings professional expertise from clinical social work, psychotherapy, professional speaking, and teaching in a university setting. She is known for her ability to engage, create trust, and relate through her sense of humor. In 2004, she authored the book:  Laughing Matters: The Value of Humor in the Workplace, joined the National Speakers Association, and began speaking nationally about corporate culture, team building, and leadership effectiveness. Ann was also a tenured professor at Governors State University in University Park, IL and taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas, Austin. In 2018, she will be teaching in the Masters of Leadership program at St. Edward’s University in Austin.

Her recent clients include Genzyme, KPMG, King Pharmaceuticals, PacifiCare HMO, Shell Oil, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Ann’s degrees and certifications include an MSW from the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle Campus, the PCC (Professional Certified Coach), and completion of her coaching certification with Coach University.  She has advanced certifications in Systems Theory and  Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and is a certified Birkman consultant.

In her spare time, Ann serves on the Board of the Ethical Society of Austin and provides pro-bono coaching for people in need.  She also loves spending time with friends, movies, walking, reading, and being with her newly married son and his wife.

Although she was based in San Francisco for over twelve years, she traveled extensively in Europe and Asia as a coach and facilitator, which expanded her personal perspective and appreciation for the challenges faced by global leaders. Her international living experience includes 6 months in Bangalore, India, while working in Technology Operations for Cisco Systems. Early in her career, Heather’s passion for the outdoors translated into leadership roles as a cycling tour leader in Europe and a white water rafting guide on Oregon’s Rogue River. Having lived and worked around the world from India to Italy, she has a passion for working with global leaders and those wanting to bridge cultural gaps, whether between departments or countries.

Heather received her MSBA in International Business with a focus on Cross-Cultural Communication from San Francisco State University and her BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of New Hampshire.
