Angie O'Donnell
About Angie

Angie O’Donnell, Executive Coach

Angie is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with 20 years of international business experience. She has held leadership roles in global HR and executive development, taking her to Zurich and Hong Kong on expatriate assignments and then to Mexico City and Bogota on long-term projects. In 2002 she became an entrepreneur and co-founded 3D Leadership Group, an executive coaching firm based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Angie’s clients include C-level executives in international organizations and growing start-ups. Her coaching focus involves enhancing emotional intelligence, addressing the inherent stress of executive roles, encouraging inclusive leadership behaviors, and being a confidential sounding board. One of her favorite creative projects was launching the Prism women’s leadership program in 2018 committed to accelerating mid-career women.

Angie’s diverse corporate experience includes roles with Bank of Boston (Bank of America), Coutts Private Bank, The Kendall Company (Colgate Palmolive), Bentley University, and the McDonald’s Corporation of Canada. She learned a lot about well-being in her part-time role as a mindfulness facilitator at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

In 2019, Angie was awarded the Master Coach Certification, an exclusive recognition from the International Coaching Federation. She is an active member of the Forbes Coaches Council and the Women President’s Organization (WPO). She has been quoted or featured in The Boston Globe, The Boston Business Journal, Banker and Tradesman, CityBiz, and
CIO Magazine.

Originally from Canada, Angie resides in the Boston area with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys international travel, live music, theater, Rolling Stone magazine, the farm-to-table movement, and the Maine seacoast.

As an executive coach for almost two decades, Deb partners with C-suite and senior-level leaders committed to their evolution as they adapt to change – in new roles, new markets, or new businesses. Deb is a Master Certified Coach, or MCC, a designation awarded by the International Coaching Federation to an exclusive group of global coaches.

Deb has been published or quoted in CBS MoneyWatch, Business Insider, Talent Management, SHRM, and AMA Shift on leadership, talent management, and workplace trends and has significant cross-cultural experience coaching executives from around the world.

As a coach in Executive Education at Harvard Business School for the past ten years, Deb has broadened her coaching reach to global leaders from many industries and cultural backgrounds, including as a group facilitator at the annual Women’s Leadership Forum. Deb is also a Core Guide for Chief, a private network designed for select women in executive leadership.

Deb’s corporate career includes director roles in HR and Product Marketing over her ten years at Fidelity Investments. At Manpower International, she had P&L, business development, and staff management responsibility for multiple profit centers. In addition, Deb was a Partner with a boutique career transition firm, Essex Partners, where she consulted with executive-level clients.

She has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Massachusetts, where she was formally recognized for her contributions to enhancing and promoting human development and well-being.

Deb lives in the Boston area with her husband and has two daughters who have launched. She enjoys international travel, summer vacations on Martha’s Vineyard, outdoor concerts, and teaching a creative dance class, Shake Your Soul®, at her local community center, where she has served as a board member.

Renée Cooper, Executive Coach

Whether teaching a leadership workshop, coaching an executive client, or facilitating a senior team, Renée brings a warm, direct, and insightful style to her work. With 20 years as a coach and leadership consultant, she has deep experience in executive coaching, action learning teams, and workshop design and delivery. And because she’s been a line manager herself, she knows the importance of building leadership skills that are practical, relevant, and effective.

Renée has worked with c-suite executives and senior teams at some of America’s leading corporations. She also has served nonprofit organizations such as Fenway Health and Boston Public Schools.

In addition, Renée coaches executive participants in Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. Her pro bono work includes leadership coaching with The Gratitude Network, a not-for-profit that supports social impact entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses.

From 2002-08, Renée served as an adjunct coach with the Center for Authentic Leadership. From 1996-2000, Renée led the leadership practice at a boutique management training and consulting firm. Previously, she held senior line management and human resource positions for a Fortune 250 industrial manufacturer and spent two years as an investment banking professional. She completed her coaching certification with the College of Executive Coaching.

Originally from Maine, Renée splits her time between Boston and the New Hampshire seacoast. Together with her partner Dave, she enjoys spending time with their 5 grown sons and their families, running on the beach, and getting lost in a good historical novel.

Jill Sasso Curtis, Executive Coach

Jill draws on over 25 years of experience in business leadership and higher education to support executives to realize their full potential and create productive change in their lives and work. Through her work across sectors and cultures, Jill has realized the vital importance of developing leaders who can collaborate across boundaries to address the increasingly complex challenges of today’s leadership environment. With a career spanning corporate, academic, and non-profit environments and various functional areas, she brings an extraordinary breadth of experience to the leaders she coaches.

Jill’s early corporate experiences included global marketing roles with world-class consumer products companies, including Colgate-Palmolive and Polaroid Corporation, where she collaborated with diverse leaders in highly complex environments. As the VP of Marketing and Communications for the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, she was part of the executive team for this renowned wellness organization in Western Massachusetts.

Today, Jill is a leadership educator in addition to her executive coaching work. In 2020, she authored an innovative new leadership development program for The Fletcher School's Master of Global Business Administration degree program at Tufts University. The program, which incorporates coaching, action learning, and mindfulness and resilience practices, is designed to facilitate the development of mid-career global leaders. Jill has also held faculty positions and dean roles in a variety of institutions of higher education, including Babson College in Wellesley, MA. Passionate about women’s leadership development, Jill coaches in the Amazon Women’s Leadership Program (GRROW) and the Prism women’s program for high-potential leaders.

A certified yoga teacher, global citizen, local-food enthusiast, sea kayaker, and mom of two young adults, Jill and her family currently live in the bucolic Berkshires, just a few minutes from Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

His clients include C-level leaders in multiple industries, including biotechnology, business-to-business, construction, education, finance, healthcare, government, and manufacturing. He has partnered with leaders in high-impact business areas, such as account management, engineering, finance, human resources, information technology, legal, marketing, product development, product management, operations, and sales.

Ed has coached in the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School, where he worked with international executives from Brazil, Bulgaria, Columbia, Denmark, India, Ireland, Japan, and Russia.

He has held leadership roles at Iron Mountain, the (former) Federated Department Stores, and the (former) May Department Stores. As a past President of the New England Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Ed was deeply involved in advancing the coaching profession and serving as a non-profit leader.

Paul Giragos, Executive Coach

Paul Giragos has been an executive coach and facilitator of leadership development workshops since 2004. His work has taken him to Europe, Asia, and the US, where he has worked with leaders from many cultures.

Paul is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and completed his coach training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). He developed his facilitation and training expertise through his work at the Ariel Group and Vantage Partners. As a coach and facilitator, Paul’s style is analytical, thoughtful, spontaneous, energetic, and warm.

Paul has designed and led hundreds of workshops on executive presence, people management, conflict management, and presentation skills and coached their leaders on the same. Paul’s deepest industry experience is in professional and financial services, life sciences, and tech.

Before working as a coach and facilitator, Paul practiced law in New York and Boston. He earned his J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he served on the Law Review. He studied chemistry and history at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Paul enjoys a “side” career as an actor, performing in Boston’s professional theatres and in radio and commercial spots. Paul leverages his performing experience to help clients develop their unique leadership presence and stretch into roles that may require a new perspective.

Originally from North Carolina, Paul lives in Newton, Massachusetts, with his wife and two sons. He volunteers with Understanding Our Differences, educating children about living with Type 1 diabetes, which he has successfully managed since 1988. Paul loves to swim, play piano and sing, and eat ice cream and grilled vegetables.

Earlier in her career, Carly worked at Deloitte in various human resource roles to acquire top talent, manage employee relations, and develop their leaders' management and leadership competencies. As part of Deloitte’s innovative internal coaching team, Carly coached individuals, groups, and teams across the firm. She also held human resource and recruiting positions at New York Newsday.

Carly resides in greater Boston and enjoys tending her garden, deepening her mindfulness and meditation practice, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her two children and husband.

Five years of living in Asia, working with global leaders in dozens of countries across 5 continents, and significant experience in organizational development and change management have informed his approach and perspective.

In recent years, Gregory led significant change efforts in the life sciences sector that contributed to successfully launching a new therapy and reorganizing a critical customer-facing business function. Previously, he served as a member of Oxfam’s global coaching network that supported leaders and mid-career professionals in 70 countries. He worked with executives to successfully implement complex, multi-year, global transformations with broad impact. Galina is a seasoned Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and she has also held functional and line executive-level leadership positions for several companies in financial services and consulting. She has experience in standing up new functions, building new markets, developing and bringing new products to global markets, and developing talent. Her cross-cultural experience is deep and based on ex-pat assignments, personal family history, and constant curiosity about others’ points of view. She has lived in the US, Germany, Hong Kong, and Korea and is now based in the Boston area.

Galina has provided executive coaching for corporate leaders in global organizations and growing start-ups. She focuses on leaders taking on global responsibility, those transitioning into new roles, women on the rise, and those looking to build self-awareness and enhance their impact on others. Galina draws on her deep coaching experience and her seasoned line executive leadership experience.

As a senior leader in a well-regarded consulting firm, she worked with Fortune 500 companies around the globe. Galina built and led the APAC market based in Hong Kong for over a decade. Other roles included full P&L roles such as EVP of APAC and functional leadership for Capability Development, Marketing/PR, HR, and Client Delivery.

Michael Madera, Executive Coach

Michael is a seasoned executive coach with 25 years of experience in individual coaching and assessment, family business advising, facilitation, and organizational consulting.

He has experience in entrepreneurial and family business roles, managing two food products companies before seeking his psychology degree. He then served as VP of Sales & Marketing for a family-owned startup software company in the late 1990s and as Senior Consultant for a management psychology consulting firm.

Michael’s clients include multinationals, family businesses, and middle-market firms. His coaching supports leaders in managing stress and taking their game to the next level. He provides insightful questions as a sounding board for various concerns. Clients comment that his deep knowledge and experience, leavened with humor, optimism, and directness, help them to develop leadership skills and support positive change in their organizations.

Michael’s recent interests include transformational change modalities, including Vertical Leadership Development, Internal Family Systems Coaching, Systemic Constellations, and accessing non-ordinary states and mindfulness to accelerate awareness and growth.

Michael is the Past President of the New England Society for Applied Psychology. He has served as Faculty and Master Coach in the Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate Program at William James College and is a Society of Consulting Psychology member. He taught in the Core Faculty at the Family Firm Institute and earned the coveted Fellow designation in 2018.

Stephanie McCray, Executive Coach

Stephanie is a seasoned executive coach, consultant, and facilitator who brings over 25 years of business experience to her work with leaders in high-stakes, high-stress, high-salaried roles.

She has extensive experience working in corporate, regional, and field capacities as a strategic leader in the healthcare and insurance industries.
One of her signature accomplishments was leading a team of attorneys who won a legal liability case that set a precedent in Illinois. That precedent was significant enough to be featured in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.

Building on her work with attorneys, Stephanie spent eight years with a healthcare system that grew through acquisitions. As an Internal Consultant, she worked directly with Physician Leaders, Healthcare Administrators, Presidents, and CEO of the acquired organizations.

On the academic side, Stephanie brought two decades of business experience to the Executive Education program at Loyola University, where she taught MBA courses on Leadership Development, High-Performance Work Systems, and Conflict Strategies for Senior Leaders.

Stephanie is passionate about working with women and leaders of color interested in C-Level roles. That passion drove Stephanie’s membership in the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, where she served as the Director of the Mentoring Program for the Chicago Chapter. She went on to serve as the Chair of Leadership Coaching Initiatives for the global organization and, in that capacity, was part of a team that created an award-winning, global leadership development program featuring Freda Lewis-Hall, SVP and Chief Medical Officer of Pfizer. Stephanie also partnered with the National Association of Hispanic MBAs (now Prospanica) to spearhead the launch of an Executive Coaching Program for their senior-level members.

Stephanie is a life-long learner, a reader, a writer, and a lover of the creative arts. She has studied Spanish since high school and loves to travel, although she firmly believes that traveling from the head to the heart is the biggest adventure in life.

His business and leadership acumen has been honed by years of executive management experience, where he has led people and projects through large-scale organizational change initiatives. Todd coaches leaders at all levels, particularly those working on building more versatility in their leadership styles. This can include EQ skills, effective communication, managing up, using the coaching style of leadership, and team building.

Todd’s corporate experience has included senior leadership roles at Cognex and MathWorks and director-level roles at Centra and Ceridian. In financial services, Todd was an internal consultant for MFS, where he traded bonds and options, and has international experience working with Coutts & Co Private Bank in Zurich, Switzerland.

In his spare time, you’ll find him outdoors for almost anything, including hiking, biking, swimming, playing ultimate frisbee, golf, and maintaining hiking trails. He enjoys spending lake time with his family and doing home improvement projects.
