Angie is an executive coach with nearly two decades of international business experience that included expatriate assignments in Zurich and Hong Kong while working in financial services. In 2002, she became an entrepreneur and co-founded 3D Leadership Group, an executive coaching firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. In 2013, Angie was honored to be recognized as the New England Executive Coach of the Year and in 2018, she received the global Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, a rare designation held by less than 150 coaches globally.

Most recently, Angie has worked with leaders at Alexion, Amazon Robotics, Biogen, Boston Private, BlueCross BlueShield, Crane Currency, The Broad Institute, Cambridge Associates, John Hancock, McGraw-Hill, Novo Nordisk, Partners Healthcare, and PTC. She has coached in the executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Babson College, and Bentley University. Her pro-bono work includes coaching leaders at the Mass State Police, Science Club for Girls, Boston Public Schools, and Girl Be Heard. Angie also was on the faculty for the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA, as a mindfulness facilitator.

During her 18 years in large international organizations, Angie was a member of two senior leadership teams while holding positions in marketing, business development, and leadership development. She spent eight years with BankBoston (Bank of America) where she was on the Asia-Pacific leadership team while residing in Hong Kong. Previously she worked for Coutts & Co International Private Bank while based in Zurich, Switzerland; and she had early career roles with The Kendall Company, Bentley College, and McDonald’s Corporation in Toronto, Canada.

Angie has been quoted or featured in The Boston Globe, The Boston Business Journal, Banker and Tradesman, CityBiz, and CIO Magazine. She has been interviewed by CUTV News and Voice of America talk radio, and is a frequent speaker for WEST.org – Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology.

She received her MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and her BBA from University of New Brunswick, Canada. She completed professional coaching certifications with New Ventures West, Team Coaching International, and the Center for Creative Leadership. Her contemplative courses included the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program at UMass Medical School and on-going retreat attendance. She is certified to use many 360-feedback assessments including The Leadership Versatility Index 360, as well as The Hogan, FIRO-B, and the EQi 2.0.

Originally from Canada, Angie resides in the Boston area with her husband and two daughters and enjoys international travel, Iyengar yoga, live music, theater, Rolling Stone magazine, the Maine seacoast, and silent retreats.

Sue views her executive coaching work as an opportunity to engage in and support the learning and growth of leaders that creates more ease, productivity, and overall engagement and happiness in both their professional and personal lives. As a coach, Sue brings a diverse business background as the co-founder of 3D Leadership Group and her years in senior leadership and consulting roles in several industries.

For more than 30 years, Sue has worked with over 80 national and global companies representing the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her coaching experience includes Biotech/Pharma, Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, Manufacturing, and Professional Services. Sue coaches leaders at all levels and particularly those who aspire to, or are making a transition to a new or expanding role.

Most recently, Sue has worked with leaders at Acer Therapeutics, Deciphera, Locus Robotics, Choate Hall & Stewart, ImmunoGen, Mass General Brigham, Rubius Therapeutics, Teradata, and Verve Therapeutics. She is fascinated by what she learns from her clients who are making impacts on our world in positive ways.

Before co-founding 3D Leadership Group, Sue served as Chief Operating Officer for Insight Performance Inc., Director of Operations for Delta Dental Plan, and Compensation Consultant for Fidelity Investments. This line and senior management experience guides her recognition of what is important to leaders at all levels, as well as her approach to coaching. Sue’s consulting experience with Watson Wyatt and W.T. Haigh & Co provided her with broad industry experience and took her to all corners of the U.S. and Europe where she led global compensation projects.

Sue holds a BA in Psychology from Wheaton College and an MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. She completed her professional coaching certifications with Coach Training International and Team Coaching International and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is certified to use a variety of self-assessments including The Hogan, TypeCoach, EQi-2, and DiSC.  She is certified to use 360-degree feedback tools including VOICES, The CCL suite of 360’s, The Leadership Versatility Index 360, The Emotional and Social Competence Inventory, Team EI Survey, and the Team Coaching Diagnostic.

A native New Englander with a personal motto of “variety is the spice of exercise”, Sue loves to ski, kayak, paddle board, hike and bike, an occasional round of golf or pickleball, and gentle yoga. She enjoys travel, cooking, reading good novels, and spending time outdoors with her husband, two grown children, and dog Lola.

Michèle Barnett Berg

With more than two decades of international human capital consulting experience in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, team building, facilitation, change management, and talent assessment, one of Michèle’s signature strengths—and passions—is her work with executive and leadership teams to be high functioning, effective, and innovative. While living in Sweden, she joined Stockholm School of Economics where she is currently a Senior Coach/Faculty Member for their Executive MBA Leadershiplive Program, a program she co-created in 2014. In Boston, she works with global entrepreneurs and executives at Harvard Business School, and at MIT’s Sloan School of Management as a Master Executive Leadership and Team Coach. She enjoys being a mentor and judge for MIT’s $100K Entrepreneurship program.

Early in her career, Michèle was an executive search consultant with Korn/Ferry International in San Francisco where she conducted C-suite searches for the Venture Capital, Advanced Technology and Professional Services practices.  She has worked for two start-ups in fintech and software and then went on to serve as Senior Advisor on Human Capital to the Assistant Secretary/Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. Department of State under Secretary Colin Powell.

Michèle completed a BA in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She received her professional coaching certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute and uses a variety of assessments including the Predictive Index, MBTI Step II, Hogan, StrengthsFinder and TKI to enhance self-awareness. She’s also worked with a variety of 360-degree feedback assessments and is certified with the Leadership Versatility Index.

She enjoys spending time with her family, visiting art museums, running marathons and angel investing. She also chairs the Board of Directors’ Governance committee of the Arts & Business Council of Greater Boston. Michèle is first generation American as well as French/UK national.

Deb teaches a creative dance class, Shake Your Soul®, at her local community center where she has served as a member of the board. Paul Giragos

Paul Giragos has worked as an executive coach and facilitator of leadership development workshops since 2004. His work has taken him to Asia, Europe, and all over the US, where he has worked with leaders from many cultures in diverse industries.

Paul completed his professional coaching coursework with Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has served as a coach at Harvard Business School. He developed his facilitation and training expertise through his work at the Ariel Group and Vantage Partners. As a coach and facilitator, Paul’s style is analytical, critical, thoughtful, spontaneous, and witty.

Michael has business experience in line and consulting roles. As an entrepreneur, he managed two family-owned food products companies before seeking his psychology degree. Stephanie McCray, Executive Coach

Stephanie is an executive coach and facilitator who brings more than 20 years of experience to her work with leaders in the corporate, non-profit, and academic sectors. Stephanie specializes in working with high-profile leaders who want access to a trusted advisor outside their organizations to help manage their high stakes, high stress roles. Stephanie has a special passion for working with women and people of color who want to advance their careers beyond the ranks of middle management. As a dynamic speaker and master facilitator, Stephanie’s friendly and conversational style creates openings for audiences, large and small, to move from awareness to action.

Stephanie has worked across levels and across functions with clients from companies such as Baxter, Dover, Pfizer, Sanofi-Aventis, Eli Lilly, Blue Cross Blue Shield, SunGard, Google, Fannie Mae, MasterCard, Clorox, and Target.

Stephanie began her career in the insurance industry where she held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility. In one of her premier accomplishments, she led a team of attorneys who argued a case on spousal privilege before the Illinois Appellate Court. In addition to winning that case, they set precedent in the State of Illinois and were featured in The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.

Stephanie has also worked with Physician Leaders, Health Care Administrators, and CEO’s. As a senior consultant inside the health care industry, she specialized in strategic change, leadership development, talent management, and performance improvement. She also taught graduate MBA courses such as International Business Strategies, High Performance Work Systems, and Conflict Strategies for Senior Leaders in the Executive Education Program at Loyola University.

Stephanie is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and partnered with the National Association of Hispanic MBA's (now Prospanica) to spearhead the launch of an Executive Coaching Program for their senior level members.

Stephanie received a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Loyola University-Chicago and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Illinois at U-C where she graduated with honors. Stephanie received her professional coaching certification from New Ventures West and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is certified to administer several 360 assessments including The Leadership Circle, Lominger’s Voices 360, PDI’s Profilor and Executive Profilor, and the entire suite of leadership assessments offered by the Management Resource Group including the LEA.

Corona Pritchard

About Corona

Corona Pritchard, Executive Coach

Corona is a leadership coach with 15 years of operational leadership experience in large, complex organizations where she honed her business acumen and excellent navigation skills.  In her role as Director of Strategic Organization Development at Mass General Brigham, she led the function for this large healthcare system with over 75,000 employees. Later, at Suffolk Construction, she built the leadership development function from the ground up. Corona leverages her experience with leaders at all levels in her coaching work and integrates her deep expertise in designing adult learning forums for highly expert leaders, including MD’s and PhD’s. As a coach, facilitator and organization development consultant, Corona has a reputation for being insightful, warm, and bringing a dash of humor to her interactions.

Corona’s areas of expertise include the design and delivery of leadership programs that focus on emotional intelligence, change management, and team development. She’s comfortable with the world of competency modeling and succession management approaches. She understands the importance of bridging theory with real world leadership challenges, in high stakes environments.

Corona has worked in healthcare, biotech, technology, and non-profit organizations where she aligned their business, leadership, and people strategies. Clients include Alexion, IBM, Mass General Hospital, the Mass League of Community Health Centers, Entrada Therapeutics, and SAP.

Corona graduated from Bowdoin College with a sociology degree and went on to get her Master of Social Work from Boston College. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and has coaching certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching and the Pyramid Resource Group. She is certified to administer a variety of assessments including the EQi 2.0, the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) 360, Predictive Index, and the Hogan Personality Assessments.

Corona lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys cooking, spin classes with loud pop music and international travel.

Jayme Purinton

Jayme has over two decades of experience working with teams and executives at the C-suite and management levels to assess business challenges, target areas for improvement, and create long term solutions. Whether acting as an executive coach or organization development consultant, her expertise in building teams, creating development opportunities, supporting executives, improving communication, developing culture, and enhancing organizational effectiveness is an asset to clients. Jayme has worked with publicly-traded corporations, higher education institutions, IT and high-tech organizations, non-profits, and in a variety of healthcare and public service settings. These include Harvard University, MIT Sloan School of Management, Boston College, Mass-General Brigham (formerly Partner’s Healthcare), Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Planet Fitness, Digitas, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Boston Scientific, Dassault Systèmes, Alzheimer’s Association, Planned Parenthood, National Grid, Massachusetts State Department, and many other impactful organizations.

She is also highly engaged in programs through the Neuroleadership Institute (NLI) and World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) programs which draw from the social sciences and neuroscience fields. Jayme’s certifications, education, and experience enable a truly systemic approach to behavior change.

Jayme has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the New England College of Business, and a Master Human Capital Strategist (HCS) designation from the Human Capital Institute in Washington, D.C.

Todd Williamson

For more than 25 years, Todd has worked with organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors in such diverse industries as high tech, healthcare, financial services, professional services, pharmaceuticals, and education. His business and leadership acumen has been honed by years of executive management experience where he has led people and projects through large scale organizational change initiatives. In particular, Todd has expertise implementing multi-year, global cross-functional sales and marketing systems that required significant operational and behavioral change.

Todd is an experienced people manager and his career has included senior leadership roles at Cognex and the Mathworks, and director level roles at Centra and Ceridian. In financial services, Todd was an internal consultant for MFS where he traded bonds and options, and has international experience working with Coutts & Co Private Bank in Zurich, Switzerland.

Currently, Todd coaches international executives in Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development and in their customized executive education programs. He also coaches senior leaders at Boston Private, Charles River Associates, McGraw Hill, Partners Healthcare, and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals. He has facilitated strategic planning sessions and off-sites, and his warm, insightful, and practical coaching style has had a positive impact on both individuals and teams. His expansive business experience combined with his passion for the leadership development field has helped individuals and teams successfully navigate through periods of significant growth and change.

Todd holds an MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA from Dartmouth College. In his spare time, you’ll find him outdoors playing ultimate frisbee, paddle tennis, and golf, and maintaining hiking trails. He enjoys spending lake time with his family and doing home improvement projects.
