We have designed and delivered cohort based programs at John Hancock, Amazon, PTC, Teradata and Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Our coaching team has been selected to coach in the programs at PwC, Fidelity Investments, Morgan Stanley, Novo Nordisk, Harvard Executive Education, and Babson College’s Executive Education Programs. These multi-month programs usually include a hybrid delivery approach, small and cohesive peer cohorts, individual coaching sessions, action learning projects, assessments, and executive guests.
The objective is to build leadership acumen for high potential leaders and those identified as successors. Together with the client, we co-create a 5-8 month offering that reinforces the organization’s leadership philosophy and integrates with their business trajectory. The curriculum may include models and frameworks related to strategic acumen, leading high-performing teams, enterprise-wide thinking, facilitative leadership, executive presence, and elevating EQ.
Angie O’Donnell will be the primary design partner and you can expect a 6-month planning time-line to launch a new program.
