Ed is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 25 years of international business experience. Ed helps leaders and teams build self-awareness, create visible action, and deliver new and desired results. He joined 3D Leadership Group’s roster of coaches in 2015.
His clients include C-level leaders in multiple industries, including biotechnology, business-to-business, construction, education, finance, healthcare, government, and manufacturing. He has partnered with leaders in high-impact business areas, such as account management, engineering, finance, human resources, information technology, legal, marketing, product development, product management, operations, and sales.
Ed has coached in the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School, where he worked with international executives from Brazil, Bulgaria, Columbia, Denmark, India, Ireland, Japan, and Russia.
He has held leadership roles at Iron Mountain, the (former) Federated Department Stores, and the (former) May Department Stores. As a past President of the New England Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Ed was deeply involved in advancing the coaching profession and serving as a non-profit leader.
In an effort to share his learnings with others and engage leaders in meaningful and real-life conversations, Ed has authored three books: The Bravery Trick: Four Easy Ways to Say Hard Things, Drive Your Career: 9 High-Impact Ways to Take Responsibility for Your Own Success, and Raise Your Visibility & Value: Uncover the Lost Art of Connecting on the Job.
Originally from Queens, New York, Ed resides in the Boston area with this wife and two daughters. He enjoys golf (although he is not very good at the sport!), reading mysteries, thrillers, and books on self-awareness, and extensive movie watching—Ed is a huge movie fan!
Did you know? While a teenager, Ed lived in the first fully electrified home built in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
