Carly is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 20 years of experience coaching high-potential senior and emerging leaders.  Her expertise lies in her holistic approach to helping clients increase confidence and develop the skills they need to make a positive and lasting impact in today’s complex and uncertain world. Compassionate and intuitive by nature, Carly’s style is often described as engaging, insightful, and empowering.

Carly has coached leaders across multiple industries throughout the US and globally. In addition to her coaching, she has designed and facilitated in-person and virtual workshops and leadership development programs.

Earlier in her career, Carly worked at Deloitte in various human resource roles to acquire top talent, manage employee relations, and develop their leaders’ management and leadership competencies. As part of Deloitte’s innovative internal coaching team, Carly coached individuals, groups, and teams across the firm. She also held human resource and recruiting positions at New York Newsday.

Carly resides in greater Boston and enjoys tending her garden, deepening her mindfulness and meditation practice, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her two children and husband.

Did you know? Carly is the first woman to graduate college in her family. Since 11th grade, knew she wanted to become a coach to help others like her have successful and fulfilling careers.
