Carol is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 25 years of leadership development experience. Carol’s previous line management and extensive management consulting background enable her to bring a deep understanding of organizational and business dynamics to her coaching work.

She has coached hundreds of leaders at different stages of their leadership evolution. Her clients are in knowledge-based industries – life sciences, health care, technology, financial services, higher education, and professional services.

In 2023, Carol was awarded the Master Coach Certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a designation held by less than 5% of coaches globally.

Carol has developed a very deep toolkit, leveraging the best of psychology, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience. She helps make the leader’s invisible beliefs and patterns visible. They see more choices in responding to situations and can engage most effectively.

Carol is a Master Coach Supervisor in the Graduate College of Executive Coaching at William James College. She recently served on the Board of the International Coaching Federation of New England and serves on the board of the Hills Beach Association.

Committed to giving back to people doing important service work worldwide, Carol serves as an Executive Coach in the Gratitude Network (TGN). TGN awards support to cutting-edge international social entrepreneurs solving our greatest problems for children and education.

Carol recently moved to Southern Maine and loves the ocean and the beautiful surroundings that Maine offers.
