Galina is a seasoned Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and she has also held functional and line executive-level leadership positions for several companies in financial services and consulting. She has experience in standing up new functions, building new markets, developing and bringing new products to global markets, and developing talent. Her cross-cultural experience is deep and based on ex-pat assignments, personal family history, and constant curiosity about others’ points of view. She has lived in the US, Germany, Hong Kong, and Korea and is now based in the Boston area.
Galina has provided executive coaching for corporate leaders in global organizations and growing start-ups. She focuses on leaders taking on global responsibility, those transitioning into new roles, women on the rise, and those looking to build self-awareness and enhance their impact on others. Galina draws on her deep coaching experience and her seasoned line executive leadership experience.
Galina’s diverse corporate experience includes functional and line roles consistent with building something new. As a senior leader in a well-regarded consulting firm, she worked with Fortune 500 companies around the globe. Galina built and led the APAC market based in Hong Kong for over a decade. Other roles included full P&L roles such as EVP of APAC and functional leadership for Capability Development, Marketing/PR, HR, and Client Delivery.
She has been an active member of The Boston Club (Advancing Women in Leadership) by serving on the Mentoring Committee. She is also an active member of ISA (The Association of Learning Providers) and the International Coaching Foundation (ICF).
Originally from Europe, Galina resides in the Boston area with her husband and near her two daughters. She enjoys traveling the world, exploring natural beauty, mentoring young women, dining with friends, reading, and live theatre.
