Executive Coach
For over 18 years, Gregory has partnered with C-suite executives and high-potential leaders across corporate, public, academic, and nonprofit sectors to help them realize their potential and create purposeful, lasting change—both professionally and personally. Known for his attentive and perceptive style, he helps clients build greater self-awareness, identify meaningful change, and take focused action toward their goals while practicing new ways of leading and being. He values curiosity and transparency and believes that growth should include a dose of humor.
As an executive coach and organizational development consultant, Gregory has worked across a broad range of industries, including life sciences, finance and venture capital, technology, legal, government, real estate, and international development. His corporate clients range from Fortune 500 companies to startups. He coaches global executives in Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program and previously served as a member of Oxfam’s global coaching network. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In recent years, he has led transformation initiatives in the life sciences sector for a critical customer-facing business function and launched a new team effectiveness model that supports 90,000 employees. He also played a pivotal role in program management within patient services, driving the successful introduction of a new therapy. Earlier in his career, he advised C-suite and regional leaders on the successful execution of complex, multi-year global transformations across dozens of countries on five continents. Drawing on his diverse background, including five years of living in Asia, Gregory brings a deep, practical understanding of organizations and interpersonal dynamics to every coaching engagement.
In his free time, Gregory enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife and two sons. His pastimes include gardening, bird watching, cycling, and fly fishing. He also serves on the board of a nonprofit organization and lives in the Greater Boston area.
Did you know? Gregory has climbed several 17,000’+ peaks (and hills) in the Himalayas.
