Heather has been an executive coach and leadership consultant since 2004. She partners with leaders across many industries to enhance their impact, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful change. With experience coaching and developing leaders from over 25 countries, she specializes in executive presence, influence, and global leadership.
Most recently, Heather led executive development for a global technology company, designing talent initiatives that aligned leadership development with business strategy and helping executives accelerate their time to effectiveness as they joined the rapidly growing company. Before that, she spearheaded leadership programs at a multinational manufacturing company, focusing on senior leader assessments, succession planning, and high-potential development.
Earlier in her career, Heather was a leadership consultant and executive coach at the Institute for Women’s Leadership. Her experience includes coaching in Executive Education at Harvard Business School and holding leadership roles in global consulting firms. With a strong international background, she has lived and worked globally and facilitated leadership programs across Europe and Asia.
Heather holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Originally from Vermont, Heather lives in Boulder, Colorado, and enjoys international travel, hiking, skiing, yoga, and spending time outdoors with her two teenage children and husband.
