Jill is a seasoned Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 25 years of experience in business leadership and higher education. Her purpose is to help leaders realize their full potential. She partners with her clients to foster insight and meaningful change, enhancing their effectiveness while positively influencing their lives, organizations, and teams. Drawing on a career that spans corporate, academic, and non-profit sectors, Jill brings an extraordinary breadth of experience to her coaching. She skillfully supports leaders as they navigate the complexities of today’s ever-evolving leadership landscape.
Jill’s career has been shaped by diverse roles across global organizations, including corporate global marketing positions at Colgate-Palmolive and Polaroid Corporation, where she thrived in multicultural and cross-functional collaborations. As Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Jill served on the executive team for this renowned wellness organization in Western Massachusetts.
In addition to her executive coaching work, Jill is a leadership educator. In 2020, she designed an innovative leadership development program for The Fletcher School’s Master of Global Business Administration degree program at Tufts University. This program integrates coaching, action learning, mindfulness, and resilience practices to develop mid-career global leaders. Jill has also held faculty and dean positions at respected institutions, including Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
Jill is passionate about advancing women’s leadership, leveraging her expertise as a coach and facilitator in Amazon’s Women’s Leadership Program (GRROW) and the Prism Women’s Development Program, where she empowers high-potential female leaders to excel.
Jill is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, global citizen, and local food enthusiast who enjoys sea kayaking and spending time with her friends and two “twentysomething” children. She loves nature and movement of all kinds. Jill lives in the charming seaside town of Newburyport, Massachusetts, just north of Boston.
Did you know? In 2009, Jill lived on the banks of the Ganges River in Rishikesh, India, while completing an immersive yoga teacher training program.
