Michael is a seasoned executive coach with 25 years of experience in leadership coaching, assessment, facilitation, and organizational consulting.
Michael’s coaching clients include multinationals, early-stage ventures, and middle-market firms. He supports C-suite leaders in taking their game to the next level, building on strengths, and enhancing key relationships. Clients comment that his incisive questions, delivered with humor, optimism, and directness, help them upgrade their leadership capabilities and drive positive change within their organizations.

Michael’s business experience includes entrepreneurial and family business roles, managing two food products companies and serving as VP of Sales & Marketing for a startup software company.
Michael’s recent interests include transformational change modalities, including Vertical Leadership Development, Internal Family Systems Coaching, and leveraging mindfulness practices to accelerate emotional intelligence and growth.
Michael has served as Faculty and Master Coach in the Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate Program at William James College in Boston. He also taught in the Core Faculty for 5 years at the Family Firm Institute and earned the coveted Fellow designation in 2018.
He is an avid tennis player and leads a funk/dance band. He lives with his wife and two sons in the Boston area.
