Are you ready for a developmental stretch?

Prism® is not a webinar or a virtual event. It’s a high-context, transformative program for women who are ready for a deep developmental dive, a personal stretch, a supportive learning community, and the time and space to reflect – with a skillful set of guides – the coaching team.

The Prism® curriculum emphasizes:

  • Cohort-based learning for 10-15 women
  • Exposure to the research on women in the workplace
  • Enhancing influence skills
  • Cultivating emotional intelligence
  • Understanding “how you show up”

4-month blended learning approach:

  • An immersive opening retreat for 2 days in Boston
  • 2 virtual workshops following the retreat
  • 3 virtual coaching sessions tailored to individual needs
  • A robust self-assessment
  • Virtual coaching circles
  • A curated library of resources for self-learning
  • Participants will earn a digital credential
